Trains depart every 10 minutes from 04:40-01:16. Regional trains on the Skien-Oslo-Trondheim route also stop at the airport, but they are not as convenient or fast as the Flytoget service. SAS operates a bus service to Oslo every 20 minutes, with stops at the main rail station and all SAS hotels in the city.
Flybussekspressen is another airport bus service, making many stops in and around Oslo. Taxis are readily available outside the Arrivals Hall, but you’ll find that fare into Oslo is very high. Fixed rates are published for various destinations around the city; taxis can also be hired from the Information desk in the Arrivals Hall.
