The Vestlia Resort Geilo (now known as Thon Hotel) is a luxury lodge catering to families and groups. It is home to a world class 1000 square metre spa. Open year round, this hotel is very close to the Geilolia Ski Centre as well as Ustedalsfjorden, where there are several cross country tracks. During warmer months, guests can go rafting, rappelling, and horseback riding in Hardangervidda. There are plenty of biking and hiking paths and fishing areas as well, and guests have access to a 9 hole hotel owned golf course adjacent to the property.
