The rooms are in medium sized and in very good condition. They are decorated in the same sort of colour scheme found the lobby area. The bathrooms are also in good condition.
Restaurant:
The hotel houses two restaurants - 'The Queen' a modern dining area serving traditional & international cuisine and 'Plaza' where both guests and locals can enjoy pizzas & light meals in a more casual atmosphere. Also available in summer is the 'Victoria' outside dining area located next to Mesna Falls.
Lobby:
The lobby is large and impressive with extensive use of wooden facades and dark earthy tones typical of Norwegain hotels.There are also various public areas with lounges and wooden fireplaces.
Exterior:
It is an impressive complex built around a traditional building and extended 3 times since it was first built.
