This is one of the oldest hotels in Norway.Guests wanting a very modern hotel will be disappointed. However, those who like a bit of charm from their hotel will be pleasantly surprised.
As this is a very old hotel the rooms vary a great deal in size and shape. The hotel also has some combi rooms ( a room of one permanent bed plus a fold out bed). Rooms are of a reasonable standard and furnished to an adequate level. Room size in general is medium.
The dining room is one of the features of the hotel and is a popular venue at lunchtimes as well as evenings. Food is reasonably priced and surroundings are nice.

The actual reception area in the hotel is of a small size but adjoins a spacious sitting room housing several antique peices of furniture.
