Britannia Hotel Trondheim - Trondheim

This is a full-service hotel, with a very central location close to Trondheim's pedestrian precinct, right in the middle of the city, which is steeped in history and tradition. The hotel, which was built in a classical baroque style in 1897, is quite distinctive in terms of its ambience and style. Trondheim was founded by the Viking king Olaf Tryggvason (Olaf I) in 997 and was Norway's capital and main religious centre in the Middle Ages.
