The best time to visit Belfast is during the summer months when temperatures are higher and rainfall is slightly lower. The warmest months are July and August when temperatures climb to 16-18°C and rainfall averages 3mm. One of the benefits of visiting during the summer is that the days are much longer.
The city's northern latitude means that during June it dœesn't get completely dark until about 23:00. The weather is never that hot but you can usually get away with light clothing most of the time. Don't forget to pack a raincoat and bring an umbrella.
