A very good value, high quality hotel boasting a great location for those who do not mind a short ride into the city centre in exchange for a great view of the lough.

The hotels' 68 bedroom all feature either one king size or two single beds and feature amenities including 21" Satellite TV with in house movie channels, Sony Play Stations, Direct Dial Telephones, Trouser Press, Executive Desk with Computer Connections, Hair Dryer and Complimentary Hospitality Tray.

The Red Pepper Restaurant is open Mon - Sat and serves modern continental cuisine. It is an intimate restaurant catering for approximately 60 people. There is also the option for guests to eat in the hotels' Bar 75 which serves 'Gastro Pub' meals in a more relaxed bar environment.

The lobby is medium to large in size, there is some seating in the area that is close to the bar. There is a large colonial Spanish staircase dominating the centre of the room and the reception is located to the right of this.

It is a 3 storey cream stone building with dark wood eaves and roofing.
