The airport has excellent facilities including a conference centre on the mezzanine floor, three duty free stores, currency exchange facilities, ATMs, public phones and banks. There are several retail outlets at the airport selling wide range of items including CD’s and DVD’s, clothing items, accessories, handcrafts, gifts, indigenous Pacific souvenirs, jewellery, sunglasses and other novelties.
The airport also has more than five eateries and a bar serving a variety of food from snacks to full meals, delicious desserts and a good choice of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages. There are sufficient facilities for disabled passengers.

The Stagecoach Flyer is a bus service that transfers passengers from downtown Wellington to the airport and back again with stops in between. There are buses every 30 minutes and the trip usually takes less than an hour.
Parking: there are several options for parking at the airport that offers both long and short-term facilities. The airport parking service costs range according to the service chosen: Premium, Uncovered and Value. Long-term parking is located slightly further away from the departure terminal, but is serviced by a free shuttle service.
