The airport is well equipped with passenger facilities with all three terminals covering essentials and the international terminal offering the greatest selection. For financial affairs, passengers will find several branches of the Bank of New Zealand Currency Exchange as well as ATMs in various locations in all three terminals. A branch of the National Bank can also be found in the Airport Shopping Centre.
Dining and refreshments are catered for by a variety of establishments with the international terminal offering the greatest selection. Big names such as Burger King McDonald’s, Subway and Dunkin Donuts are on hand as well as a variety of independent or domestically reputable outlets.
Other facilities include internet kiosks (in several locations), a lost property office, a first aid centre, showers and a Visitors Information Centre. Airport employees known as Bluecoats are on hand throughout the three terminals to assist passengers with any queries or difficulties that they might face.

Transportation: a shuttle bus service running every 20 to 30 minutes provides connections between all three terminals and the city with an average journey time of one hour.
Parking: car parks serve each terminal and are located close by while a long term facility is located 150 metres from the International Terminal offering both covered and open-air parking. A drop-off and pick-up area is also provided in front of each of the terminal buildings.
