This is a good quality motor lodge or motel. Close to the city centre and popular with domestic travellers and international guests. There is an outdoor swimming pool and BBQ area, plus a private spa pool. A good choice for individual and small groups touring the south island.

The lounge is of medium size and includes a double sofa bed. The bathroom is in good condition and of medium size with most having shower over bath. The overall condition of the rooms is good.
