The Langham Hotel Auckland is a modern iconic hotel, located just over 15 minutes walk from the harbour and downtown area. It is sited near to Auckland University, and the hotel provides a frequent complementary shuttle bus to the CBD, theatres and waterfront, and there is also an airport bus stop, right next to the hotel. The large rooms are tastefully furnished in an old fashioned glamorous, grand style.

Large rooms, tastefully furnished, renovated in early 2000. They include a desk, modem point, mini bar, TV with movies, tea/coffee makers, and hair dryer. Good bathrooms with nice amenities. As part of the changeover from Sheraton to Langham many rooms are being upgraded in 2005.

SBF Brasserie & Oyster Bar, located on the Lobby level, offers buffet and a la carte. Partington Grill is considered one of the best restaurants in Auckland, located off the Lobby. Some Place Else is a lively bar, providing a casual menu, also on the lobby level.
