The rooms are brand new. They are spacious and very nicely decorated in high quality furnishings. Rooms either have a sea view or a City view. Bathrooms are of excellent quality with shower over bathtub. Rooms include; mini-bar, complimentary tea/coffee, TV with cable channels and in house movies, Iron/ironing board, hair dryers. The air-conditioning is controllable in room by remote control.
Plate is the in-house restaurant, located on the ground floor and designed in a modern European style. Serves mainly New Zealand and Pacific Rim cuisine.
Lobby:
A medium to large sized lobby with high ceilings. Light and airy with use of marble and brown leather on the reception and seating areas. The casual seating is adjacent to the bar and restaurant.
Exterior:
A 17 storey tower block with a glass and metal facade. The entrance is on Featherston street.
