Despite being only 2 storeys high, this property has impressive lake and surrounding forest and mountains views. The simply decorated guest rooms are in good condition, all are non smoking. This 3 hectare garden set hotel is suited for self drive business persons or tourists and has a good size restaurant, laundry facilities, chargeable wireless internet access, and a large car park.

The rooms are simply decorated and in good condition. One of the features highlighted by the hotel is the very good views from many of the rooms. Most were renovated in 2003. The rooms have TV's, mini-bar, hair dryers as standard. All rooms in the hotel are non smoking areas.

Reflections serves Breakfast and dinner mainly New Zealand dishes. the restaurant benefits from having excellent views over the lake and mountains.

The hotel is spread out in a number of blocks of rooms all linked together by outside covered walkways. As it is only two storeys high there is no elevators.
