We wish to advise you that an Approval Letter (a kind of Special Permit) from the Directorate of Hotel & Tourism Office in Yangon is required for every booking to any area of Chaung Tha Beach, Ngwe Saung Beach, Thanlyin and Twante. You will need a visa and an approval letter to travel to or through these areas. We can obtain the approval letter if you supply us with the following information in the comments field when you submit your booking; 1. Guest passport numbers 2. Visa Number 3. Full detailed itinerary This process may take 7-14 days and an additional charge of 12 USD for administration and donation fee per booking will be charged to your credit card. As soon as the Approval Letter has been issued by the Directorate of Hotel & Tourism Office in Yangon we will confirm your booking and send via e mail attachment your approval letter.
