Setti Fatma: the small village and nearby waterfalls of Setti Fatma are located approximately 40 miles from Marrakech at the end of the Ourika valley. Although the mud-brick village doesn't have much worth seeing, the seven waterfalls high above the village are the main reason for travelling here.
The lowest waterfall can easily be reached but some of the higher falls are more difficult and it's best to hire one of the local guides. The water in the rock pools is a little cold for bathing, but it makes a pleasant place to sunbathe. There are several good restaurants and cafes on the banks of the falls.
Essaouira is well known for its artists and this is evident as you walk around the town. It is also a good place for water sports, with the Atlantic Ocean providing waves and breezes for surfing and windsurfing.
Draa River: is Morocco's longest river and flows from the High Atlas mountains down to the Atlantic Ocean, north of Tan-Tan. The section after Tagounit is usually dry for most of the year. The Draa valley is famous for its Kasbahs, including Tamnougalt, El Caid Ouslim, Oulad Outhmane, Agouim Nouaadjou and Oulad Driss.
