Transportation: transport to and from Marrakech-Menara International Airport is usually by bus or taxi. A new bus service operates between the airport and the main points in the city such as Gueliz and Jemaa-el-Fna. Tickets are inexpensive and can be purchased from the driver. A number of hotels provide door-to-door shuttle buses for their guests.
Taxi phones are located in the arrival and departure lounges, or alternatively you should be able to find waiting taxis near the bus stop outside the main terminal. Make sure you get the driver to turn on the meter or agree on a price beforehand. There is a sign as you leave the terminal that indicated the approximate price you should pay for a journey. Not all drivers adhere to this, so you may need to bargain hard.
