Moneghetti is a modern quartier of Monaco that can be found in the La Condamine area. Moneghetti hotels are famous for being some of the most popular in Monaco, and this is probably due to the quartier’s close proximity to the main harbour, where royalty such as the Prince of Monaco stores his yacht. For those that don’t mind a bit of hiking, Moneghetti is particularly famous for its steep inclines and marks the official point where the Alps dip down to the Mediterranean Sea. The local parish church, Sacred Heart, is one of the most famous landmarks in Monaco and is only a short distance from the majority of hotels in Mongehetti. While you can more or less guarantee accommodation in hotels in Moneghetti the year round, those that travel when the F1 race is on would be wise to have made reservations well in advance.
