Introduction to Fontvieille - Port de Cap d’Ail
Port de Cap d'Ail is a picturesque harbour district in the southern Monaco quarter of Fontvieille. It abuts the city state's border with France. There are a few Port de Cap d'Ail hotels here, mostly four and five-star facilities. Monaco Heliport is near the harbour and passengers arriving on shuttles from Nice Airport are within walking range of their accommodation. The district is home to a number of eateries and cafes where traditional French and Italian fare as well as regional wines are on offer.
