Revolcadero Beach is one of the most private beaches in Acapulco, Mexico's oldest holiday resort. It is located in the city's 'Diamond Zone', meaning it is popular with all guests staying in the zone as well as guests from Revolcadero Beach hotels. As the sun goes down, guests can linger at the beach and enjoy dinner at one of the 'cabanas'. The cabanas are also open for lunch, serving a range of drinks throughout the day. Some people like to go surfing at this beach, but serious enthusiasts might prefer to head down the road to La Bonfil Beach, just 10 minutes away. However, most beach activities are low-key, with few aggressive salespeople that spoil the atmosphere at some other Acapulco beaches. Revolcadero Beach is one of the closest beaches to the airport.
