Qawra is a town situated in the north east of Malta. It is a popular tourist resort, with a good selection of amenities for visitors. The town lacks a beach, but many tourists enjoy swimming by the rocks, which also provide a ledge for sun bathing. A waterfront promenade provides the ideal terrain for a leisurely stroll at sunset. Many visitors come to the town to participate in water sports, with banana boat and speed boat rides being the most popular.
