In addition, relative humidity is an uncomfortable 90 per cent for much of the year and rain can and does fall at any time. It rarely rains all day, however, and usually comes in fits and starts. The only monsoonal weather in this region of peninsular Malaysia occurs on the east coast between November and February. As for the best time to be here, the driest months are usually June and July, although don’t be surprised to see rainfall on consecutive days during these months.
