The Borneo Paradise Beach Resort, Sabah, is an intimate and secluded getaway that backs onto the white sand of Papar’s main beach. It is a drive of about 25 minutes from Kota Kinabulu International Airport and a little further to the city centre. There are restaurants and shops within walking distance, but many guests rarely leave the hotel, with its large outdoor swimming pool, restaurant with a mixed local and international menu and onsite barbeque facilities. Rooms are large, attached bungalows with private verandas. Those that want to explore farther afield can organise car rental at the 24 hour reception desk.
