The tiny country that is Luxembourg is often overshadowed by its bigger neighbours France, Germany and Belgium and as a result gets overlooked by those planning trips to Europe. Stigmatised as an essentially boring place built on EU bureaucracy and major banking institutions; the country rarely gets a plug by travel agents in spite of the cultural reality being far from this hackneyed view.
