Le Meridien Hotel Amman - Amman

This is a good standard hotel in an ideal location close to the city centre and thriving commercial district.

The large rooms are attractively decorated in varying, contrasting colours. Furniture is of a very good standard in dark wood. The elegant marble bathrooms are kept in excellent condition, as are the bedrooms.

The hotel has several restaurants, catering for a wide variety of tastes. The 'China town' restaurant also serves Japanese cuisine and is to be recommended.

The large lobby is decorated with grey streaked marble flooring and walls. The reception area is large and welcoming with plenty of comfortable casual seating. There is a raised seating area to the front, leading to a good selection of shops on the mezzanine floor. This is possibly the most attractive lobby in Amman.

This is a large nine storey modern building with an impressive entrance. There is a small car park to the fore.
