Hot Springs: relax in one of the oldest hot spring resorts in the country. Tourists can use either the public bath houses or one of the Japanese style inns, known as ‘ryokan’. The resort is in the Arima Onsen district on the outskirts of the city.
Kobe Harbourland: offers a range of entertainment including cinemas, restaurants, shopping malls, a Ferris wheel and other amusement park rides, ships and a hotel. The redeveloped waterfront has some good views across to Kobe Port Tower and is a pleasant place to relax.
The easiest way to get to the top is by taking the train to Sannomiya station, from where you can catch the Rokko cable car up the mountain.
