This is a good choice for both business and leisure travelers who are looking for budget accommodation.

All rooms are situated on 4th to 9th floor. All are small in size with simple décor and equipped with internet access by LAN, a liquid-crystal display television and tea set. No closet exists in single room. Double room has one double bed 160cm width. Bathroom is small but in good condition.

There is a restaurant on the top floor offering breakfast and panoramic view of Northern Japan Alps mountains. In addition, there are some Japanese casual restaurants on the lower floors of the building.

To be unique, the lobby and reception is on the 10th floor (top floor) and it is small.

It is a modern, 10-storey white building in front of JR Matsumoto station.
