The Sincerit Hotel Sapporo is positioned in the commercial and nightlife area of Susukino, around a 5 minute walk from Nakajima Koen Subway Station and Nakajima Park. The express train, JR Sapporo Station can be reached by a 15 minute taxi ride or via using the subway network. This fairly small hotel have neat and tidy, well maintained rooms and a simple style restaurant that serves breakfast and Japanese noodles at lunch time. The Sincerit Hotel Sapporo provides good value accommodation and is in a pretty good, central location.

The only one restaurant space on the basement flooris used as a breakfast room in the morning. During lunch time on weekdays, the space is converted into Japanese noodle 'udon' shop.

As same with the exterior, it is very stylish in design and completely refurbished. The lobby is small but there is a nice lounge with sitting places.

The hotel is a nine storey, grey building. This is very stylish with glass panels on the surface. There is a signboard of the hotel name in English on top of the building.
