Introduction to Shiga, Japan
Shiga is in the very centre of Japan and a popular resort for visitors in both summer and winter. Travellers from all corners of the world visit this county, as it provides a pleasant nature-based alternative to nearby Kyoto. Often the two areas are combined on a travel itinerary.
