Introduction to Miyazaki, Japan
Miyazaki is a popular tourist and resort town in southern Kyushu with a nice mixture of outdoor recreation and Japanese cultural attractions. Perhaps its greatest highlight are the ancient tombs at Saitobaru town, which can be reached by car or train. Miyazaki Shrine and Aoshima Island, with its subtropical botanic gardens. There are some very nice beaches around the city, most of which have excellent surf breaks. Aoshima Beach, Shirahama Beach and Kizakihama Beach are three of the best. The city’s Phoenix Zoo is an interesting place to spend an afternoon if you want to check out the animals. Miyazaki hotels can be found in every corner of the city, from budget accommodation near the railway station to more luxurious digs along the coast. The city itself is fairly large, with dozens of places to eat, drink and shop. There are several renowned cultural festivals each summer that draw in thousands of Japanese and international tourists.other spellings: miyazakihotels, miyasaki otel, meyazaki hotell, meyazaki hote, meyazaki hotes
