The lobby is located on the 16th floor. After the elevator hall that looks like a modern art galley, guests will face a breathtaking view of skyscrapers, Tokyo tower and Tokyo bay from its two dimension big windows. The lobby space is like a sophisticated big living room rather than a hotel lobby due to the low-rise large sofa, table, earth colors fabric and mushroom shape lamps.

The higher ten floors are for the hotel and 15th and lower floors are occupied by a leading Japanese company, Ricoh.
