The lobby is divided into two floors. As soon as the guests walk through the door, they will notice the fresh fragrance of aromatheropy promoting a relaxing feel to both lobby areas. The first floor has sitting areas and a cloak room. The actual check-in lobby is on the second floor. Both lobbies are extremely spacious, with plenty of plush seating, amidst a decor of traditional japanese and modern touches.
