The hotel features include 11 restaurants, 3 bar and lounges, 12 meeting and banquet rooms and a wedding chapel.

Lobby:

The lobby is very large and elegant, decorated in black marble and has a calm atmosphere due to the clever lighting and plenty of seating areas. There are modern objets, paintings and art-work scattered around the lobby and is very chic. Guests would not imagine that they are above a major station but the architecture can be seen from the huge glass windows from various vantage points. A cafe bar is just situated off the main reception area.

Exterior:

The hotel is encompassed in a 15-storey high rised building easily recognisable in steel and glass from outside from station. From inside the station, the hotel has a huge glass front with the name engraved and is easily recognisable from the opposite side of the station. It is signposted throughout the station.
