There are two restaurants, a lobby lounge, and a bar. The casual restaurant on the ground floor provides different type of buffet throughout a day depending on time, breakfast, lunch, dessert and diner. For lunch and dinner buffet, the food is over 40 kinds of ample choices from roast beef to typical Japanese ones. The bright and casual atmosphere is suitable even for family and group guests. The Japanese restaurant is located on the first basement floor and provides high quality traditional local meals with fresh seasonal ingredient. The lobby lounge of modern design is facing on busy Showa-Dori (Avenue) with large windows. It opens from morning to late evening and provides variety of drinks, afternoon-tea set or light meals depending on time in a day. Some seats with a counter located on window side are equipped with a modular jack for high speed Internet access.

The lobby is very small in size but looks more spacious because of the stairwell in the centre of floor. It has adequate seating, a bell station and a concierge desk. In spite of the modern design decor, some object, wall and column in black color could remind guests of Japanese traditional art-work and interior.
