A courtyard waterfall murmurs and koto music gently glides through the air, creating an environment of total hospitality. "Santeloi", Kyoto's first Urban Health Spa offers separate saunas, massage rooms, lounges and locker rooms for men and women as well as an 18x6.5m swimming pool and sunlamps.
The lobby is large with a large check-in counter. There is a coffee lounge connected to the lounge. There are two sets of staircases. One staircase leads to restaurants on a lower floor, and then a second set leads to banquet rooms on the second floor.

The hotel is a white modern-looking building. It is surrounded by houses which actually hide part of the building.
