Introduction to Perugia - Citta di Castello
Standing in the region of Umbria, Italy, the town of Citta di Castello is found upon the largest highway in the area - the A1. Although the town is not a well-known Italian tourist destination, there are certainly some intriguing highlights to see. One of the most popular among domestic and international travellers to the town is the Citta di Castello Art Museum, which contains a plethora of Renaissance styled artistic work. Also, visitors have to see the famous Palazzo Comunale, which was constructed during the medieval period. Finally, there is no better attraction to see in the city than the Perugia Citta di Castello Cathedral. This site contains an ancient bell tower, spectacular 17th century façade, and a museum which contains ancient religious collections, including paintings, antique cutlery sets, and even an altar piece given by a former Pope. Getting around the settlement is best achieved via the SS257 and SR257, on the public bus system. Citta di Castello hotels are found all over the town. other spellings: citta di castellohotels, citta castello otel, cita di castallo hotell, citta castelo
