Introduction to Milan - Sesto San Giovanni
Just three miles north and east of central Milan is Sesto San Giovanni, a commercial centre for the region. Commonly referred to as just Sesto, the city is technically separate from Milan in jurisdiction though it is considered part of the greater metropolitan area.
