The Kennedy Hotel Rimini is situated within a 3 minute walk of the beach. It is surrounded by a group of shops, lovely cafes, Italian restaurants, galleries and nightclubs. Rooms are basic in furniture and facilities, but comfortable. Wooden furniture for the rooms, bathrooms all with shower and in need of renovation.

The restaurant is at the ground floor and here is also served the breakfast.

The lobby is small and with wooden reception desk just opposite the entrance. The lobby benefits also from a seating area and an american bar at the left side of the entrance.

It is a tall 4 storey traditional building, decorated in pastel colours with an external panoramic lift to all floors.
