Imposing large area, with marble floors and plenty of seats. The reception area is just opposite the entrance, there are many sofas and tables around and some greenery as decoration. A bar area is located on the right side of the entrance. Stairs lead to the lower floors to the conference rooms.

The building is the largest first class hotel in the whole umbria region. The facade blends touches of modernity and of the typical style of the area using large bricks. The hotel has a garage and a large parking area.
