The hotel has 189 rooms with modern, contemporary design but also in traditional Tyrolean style. Non-smoking and smoking rooms are available as well as rooms for people with allergies.

The restaurant offers the right mix for all tastes. Guests can choose from a' la carte or buffet menu from Italian to international food.

The lobby is impressive. Very spacious with colourful leather sofas, overlooking an indoor courtyard with a huge chandelier coming down from a glass ceiling. The courtyard is surrounded by a designer restaurant and on the opposite side by a trendy American bar. In the centre of the lobby there's a beautiful area with lots of plants, on the side a long reception desk with a dark background, all enhanced by dim lights.
