Rooms are medium in size, beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated. The Hotel is in total refusrbished in a welcoming New England style and this is also reflected in the rooms. All rooms are carpeted and has coordinated textiles, a lovely boiserie runs along the walls of each room. Bathrooms are in excellent conditions, most of them have both bathtub and shower.

Based on the ground floor, the restaurant 'Il Trattato' is one of the most reknown in town. Simply but pleasently decorated in light yellow and with wooden floors, it is furnished in New England style. It serves excellent seafood dishes as well as local specialities.

The lobby is bright and welcoming with 2 reception desks and a spacious sitting area with colourful sofas and armchairs. The atmosphere is elegant but informal. Through a gangway where the stairs and lifts are, clients can lead to the Bar 'Hemingway' and to the restaurant ' Il Trattato'.

Beautiful building, dated back to XVII century. It was once Residence to Marquess Serra family, a noble family, then converted to a first class Hotel in the last century. The 4 storey building mantains all its beautiful features and stuccos and it is lighly pink coloured.
