Small and very familiar hotel, with good location, for those without great expectations. Very close to the charming Casino of Venice. Please note that clients have to get a bus, and then a boat to reach the hotel from the airport.

The hotel consists of about 10 rooms with modern furnishings. All rooms are equipped with shower, hair dryer, telephone, colour TV, air conditioning, mini-bar, and safe.

The hotel has a cosy and elegant internal breakfast room where guests will enjoy the hotel's tasteful speciality to begin their day.

The lobby is tiny and heads straight to the staircase. There is a small seating area.
