Clients must check in before 23.00, any arrivals after this time will be redirected, only for key collection, to a nearby hotel, the name will be advised at the moment of notification of arrival time to the booked hotel. This is a small family business and despite the reception hours being only 8 am to 8 pm, the owner is always available on call.

All the bedrooms are equipped with direct dial telephone, satellite TV, shower, hairdryer, air-conditioning, minibar, and safe. They are furnished in traditional Venetian style and are in good condition along with the bathrooms.

There is only a small breakfast room.

There is only a reception desk on the first floor. No lift.

The building is very typical of the venetian style.
