Rooms are medium in size furnished in the typical Venetian style, they have been recently re-styled and they are looking very comfortable, with all their modern facilities and elegant. There are great superior rooms just recently renovated.

The hotel has a pleasantly decorated breakfast room only.

The lobby area, medium in size, is furnished in ancient Venetian style. There are marble floors and wood panelled walls. There is a sitting area composed of blue comfortable sofas and carpet on the floor. There is also an American bar 'Ai Speci' pleasantly furnished with red chairs and wooden coffee tables.

The building is a recently renovated, four-storey typical Venetian 17th century mansion.
