Albergo L’Ultimo Mulino Hotel - Siena

Soft 'ambiance' and refined cuisine for this restaurant, with large windows overlooking the park and a small river. Local cuisine and International dishes are served.

The reception area is small and located in an annex to the main building, has a wooden desk and a bar to welcome clients. The lobby and sitting area have high ceilings and bricks works with arches. Clients can relax on the sofas, small tables and chairs are on one side of this large room, once heart of the mill, where breakfast is served in the morning.

This original building is dated back to 1200 and it has been superbly restored and converted into a Hotel in 2001. The windmill characteristics are kept in most original parts of the building, which is surrounded by a huge natural park. A small open air amphitheatre, sometimes used for concerts, guests a garden veranda while at walking distance a 22 metres outdoor swimming pool is built in one of the old mill ducts.
