There is a limited bus system in place that extends to the suburbs and taxis constantly cruise the streets in search of customers. It’s a good idea to insist that the meter is turned on before beginning your trip.
Bus: local city buses travel the route from the central bus station to North Beach, continue on around the lagoon and then onward as far as the border with Jordan. If your destination is Coral Beach, you can also take a city bus.
