Each pool has a grass sitting area partly facing the sea. There is a coffee-shop, a synagogue, a conference-banquetting hall for up to 1200 people, a pub, shops including jewellrey, shoes and clothes, a gallery and a bank. Parking facilities are provided.
The hotel has 365 rooms with balconies and face the sea. They have been divided into 3 categories, 265 bella-vista large rooms, Royal wing with 80 large rooms with jacuzzis, and 20 presidential suites with a jacuzzi on the balcony. All rooms have similar decoration with mini-bars and air-conditioning.
The main dining room is located below lobby level .There are 5 different restaurants including barbecue fish and Chinese. There is also a restaurant near the pool area.
