Introduction to Eilat - Amdar
Israel's resort town of Eilat, located at the southern tip of the country along the coast of the Red Sea is visited by tourists from around the world thanks to its stunning natural attractions. It is surrounded by the Negev Desert, offering some spectacular routes that can be enjoyed by either hiking, driving a 4 x 4 or by riding a camel around the dunes. The northern beach is the most populated area in Eilat, and plenty of Amdar hotels can be found here. The southern beach is a protected area due to its stunning coral reef that can be enjoyed by snorkellers and scuba diver alike. Dolphin Reef can also be found here and is a family favourite for obvious reasons.
