If you are from a country which is not issued with a visa, you are required to make an application for a visa at the Indonesian Embassy or Consulate.
A tourist visa is valid for 30 days and a transit visa for seven days. Tourist visas can be extended while transit visas cannot. Applications must be made at the Immigration Office in Indonesia and not at the airport.
