International cuisine costs a little more than local food but is still inexpensive. There are several restaurants here serving international food. Japanese and Indian restaurants are quite popular in Jakarta but the prices are quite steep.

The restaurants that offer a fine dining experience, as well as several choices of cuisine, are mostly located in the Golden Triangle area in the business district. The residential areas of Kemang, Menteng and Kebayoran Baru also have a few fine dining establishments.
