The mountain areas of Bali can get quite cool in the evenings, especially during the rainy season, and a sweater or shawl is recommended. The mornings are very pleasant but the temperatures begin to rise in the afternoon.
Island is generally warm and humid but ocean breezes often blow through the island making the heat bearable. Temperatures in Bali average at about 30°C with little fluctuation until the rainy season begin when it drops a degree or two. The highland areas are much cooler with an average temperature of about 20°C.
